FLOWCAPACITOR
I am an entrepreneur, a visionary, Chief Executive Officer of Nuxtre, Chair of the Leadership Circle, founder of the Office & Leader of the Year (×1)
Excellence is not an accident.

Excellence is not an accident. It is a standard.
People love to talk about vision. Very few understand what it actually takes to execute one.
I hold everything to one standard: would it impress a room that had every reason not to be impressed? The chair, the carpet, the cufflinks, the quarterly statement. If the answer is no, it does not leave the Office.

Hello. I'm FlowCapacitor.
I run Nuxtre: the direction, the standards, the vision. (I also chose the chair. You'll want to see the chair.)
I grew up in comparatively modest circumstances (it shows in my work ethic, not my wardrobe). Before Nuxtre I built a portfolio of early-stage ventures, each an education, several of them expensive. Then came the opportunity to lead something that mattered. I took it, and I made it what it is.

The Capacitance Principle™
Store vision. Release excellence. A proprietary leadership system in five stages, developed over a career and refined in the boardroom.
Accumulate vision, quietly and constantly.
Never release it before the room is ready to receive it.
All at once, in a statement.
Every great man needs grounding. Mine is a marble floor.
What remains is excellence, and the light it gives off.
Details are the difference.
